Fueling A Sustainable Future

We don’t just talk about sustainability - we take action, because we believe that creating a better world for generations to come starts today.

Working Toward Zero Waste

We are committed to creating a more sustainable campus through ongoing efforts that reduce waste, conserve resources, and support a healthier future.

  • Robust Recycling

We actively recycle cardboard across our operations by collecting, breaking down, and properly sorting all eligible materials to ensure they are diverted from the waste stream and repurposed responsibly. Our team prioritizes recycling at every opportunity to reduce environmental impact and support a more sustainable campus.

  • Collaborative Composting

We collect organic materials, including food waste, to ensure they can be properly composted. By taking these extra steps, we’re able to reduce what goes to the landfill and support a more sustainable waste cycle. Our team is committed to making composting a regular part of our operations and continually improving our environmental impact.

  • Proactive Prevention

We use tracking and forecasting tools to proactively identify food waste trends in order to alter our preparation accordingly.
